I opened my first coffee cart in Faribault, MN in 2001 and soon after moved my business to a coffee shop setting in Mankato, MN. That is where Coffee Creek was born! We provided espresso, coffee, and homemade food to so many loyal customers through the years and loved every minute of it! We had a second location, Jitterbug Java, and provided mobile espresso for special events. We moved to Stevens Point, WI and opened the Ugly Mug Coffeehouse to continue the experience, but a change in employment brought us back to MN. Now we decided to resurrect Coffee Creek Espresso so we can continue providing good coffee, good conversation and memorable experiences for our customers.
